Should that feature be one that you can’t do away without, we will not take the redesign contract at all. We don’t want any bad reviews from customers just because they requested a feature we can’t fulfill.

How long will my website redesign project take?

Who owns the website?

You will retain all Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed to you. We are just commissioned by you (the rightful owner) to build your website and don't have any Rights except to do what you have told us.

Will the website design be unique or do you use a template?

Yes, it will. At Jestap Digital, we don’t purchase WordPress Themes for building client’s websites. We use free Themes, Plugins and Page Builders from the WordPress directory; and we create from scratch, every detail of the website ourselves. Can I choose the images and icons that will be used on website?

Yes. We use stock images and icons when designing websites. Once you begin reviewing the designs, you can give us the images and icons you would like to replace.

I already have design ideas for my website, how will you be able to implement this?

Our designer in charge will work with you to understand your ideas and advise you. It would greatly help us if you have references ready before you get in touch with us.

Can I arrange to meet with you face to face to discuss my website?

We currently don't offer face to face meetings under this pandemic crisis.

Can I change the design after the website has been completed?

Yes! You can log unto your website's dashboard and change anything you want.
